Elie Wurtman has over 27 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, and investor. He is a co-founder and a General Partner at PICO Venture Partners, a venture capital fund that invests in early-stage technology companies. While serving as a non-executive chairman of Vroom he was integral in leading them from launch to scale.

Chief Executive Officer

Colton Ray has 20 years of experience in the retail automotive industry. Prior to his work as CEO, Colton revolutionized Walser Automotive Group’s inventory acquisition, pricing strategy, marketing and loyalty initiatives while serving as Chief Merchandising Officer. Colton’s expertise in strategic partnerships, technology and automation was key in developing cutting edge, industry leading software to enhance Walser’s progressive sales process.

Tal Maizels is an experienced technology leader with a history of work specifically in the marketing and advertising industry. Tal has a decade of experience in software development leading project teams. Tal’s background is in information technology with a BSc focused in Computer Science & Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University.

Tom Ryan has over 30 years’ experience in all facets of retail automotive. Tom is a sought after trainer and dealership operations consultant. For the last twelve years Tom has focused on customer experience innovation and has worked with over 300 dealerships and dealer groups across the United States and Canada.
