Elie Wurtman
Co-Executive Chairman
Elie Wurtman has over 27 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, and investor. He is a co-founder and a General Partner at PICO Venture Partners, a venture capital fund that invests in early-stage technology companies. While serving as a non-executive chairman of Vroom he was integral in leading them from launch to scale.
Yaron Rosen
Chief Executive Officer
Yaron Rosen is a successful serial technology start-up entrepreneur. As Fuse's CEO, Yaron leads the company's North America Operations and its Tel Aviv, Israel based R&D center. His focus is optimizing and scaling the company's disruptive Dealership Operating System (DOS). Prior to his joining Fuse, Mr. Rosen founded Illuminant and ApolloX, both of them MSSP & Cyber-Integration companies in Israel and Mexico, focused on defending industry and critical infrastructure. Prior to that, Mr. Rosen founded Toka, a cyber Intelligence company, based in TLV, supported by global investors such as a16z, Dell Technologies Capital, Eclipse Ventures, and Entree Capital. Mr. Rosen also completed over 32 years in the Israeli Defense Force. In his last positions, he served as Chief of The IDF Cyber Staff, and lead General Officer in charge of all Air Force Joint Operations, as well as the Air Force's Senior Helicopter Pilot. Mr. Rosen advises multiple startups, and is a board member in a publicly traded company in the TLVSE.

His extensive experience in quality assurance, system integration, and product development allows him to effectively manage both small and large teams to meet ambitious targets and goals for a diverse range of clients.
Yuval's managerial expertise spans various sectors, including automotive technology and cybersecurity, enabling him to lead cross-functional teams with flexibility and precision. He is skilled in building and nurturing R&D teams, as well as planning and establishing productive engagements with both onshore and offshore developers. Under his leadership, Fuse Autotech continues to innovate and excel in the automotive industry.
