He is a co-founder and a General Partner at PICO Venture Partners, a venture capital fund that invests in early-stage technology companies. While serving as a non-executive chairman of Vroom he was integral in leading them from launch to scale.

Colton Ray has 20 years of experience in the retail automotive industry. Prior to his work as CEO, Colton revolutionized Walser Automotive Group’s inventory acquisition, pricing strategy, marketing and loyalty initiatives while serving as Chief Merchandising Officer. Colton’s expertise in strategic partnerships, technology and automation was key in developing cutting edge, industry leading software to enhance Walser’s progressive sales process.

Dror Ikar has successfully led numerous multimillion programs (OSS, BSS, B2B and B2C), resulting in improved productivity, cost reduction, and improved sales results. His managerial experience in various types of companies contributes to his flexibility and ability to manage small and large teams in order to successfully meet targets and goals for both small customers and large enterprises. Dror is an expert in building, fostering R&D teams, planning and establishing engagements with onshore and offshore developers.

Tom Ryan has over 30 years’ experience in all facets of retail automotive. Tom is a sought after trainer and dealership operations consultant.
