We knew there had to be a better way. So we created it.
FUSE was developed in-house by the Walser Automotive Group to answer one simple question: how can we improve the customer experience at our dealerships? While the question was simple, the answer proved to be a challenge. Changing decades of ‘tradition’ and ‘the way it’s always been done’ was no small task. However, a better customer experience was not only better for our customers, it was better for business.
Meet the Team
Andrew Walser is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Walser Automotive Group. While overseeing the company’s sales, service, and fixed operations his core work always funnels back to one singular mission—give customers a great car buying experience that’s fast and easy.
Elie Wurtman has over 27 years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, and investor. He is a co-founder and a General Partner at PICO Venture Partners, a venture capital fund that invests in early-stage technology companies. While serving as a non-executive chairman of Vroom he was integral in leading them from launch to scale.

Colton Ray has 20 years of experience in the retail automotive industry. Prior to his work as CEO, Colton revolutionized Walser Automotive Group’s inventory acquisition, pricing strategy, marketing and loyalty initiatives while serving as Chief Merchandising Officer. Colton’s expertise in strategic partnerships, technology and automation was key in developing cutting edge, industry leading software to enhance Walser’s progressive sales process.

Michael has served as a Senior Level Developer in Microsoft products, and created numerous, successful enterprise systems and enterprise level E-Commerce websites. Michael has a personal passion for current technologies and enjoys sharing his technical knowledge, strategy, and vision with end users and executive sponsors.

Tom Ryan has over 30 years’ experience in all facets of retail automotive. Tom is a sought after trainer and dealership operations consultant. For the last twelve years Tom has focused on customer experience innovation and has worked with over 300 dealerships and dealer groups across the United States and Canada.

Scott Thompson has over 20 years of experience in Automotive Sales, Management, Training, and Consulting. His background in process management and performance improvement ensures that every FUSE customer is well supported before, during and after launch. Scott is a Certified Personnel Consultant and is passionate about the importance of Human Capital Management in the automotive industry.
