Job Overview

We are looking for an amazing-autodidact BI Analyst to join us to the new-from-scratch data team! The chosen individual will play a pivotal role in choosing the best BI platform for our needs. This individual will convert business and product specifications into data analytics solutions, collaborate closely with developers and business stakeholders throughout the company. If you have a knack for creating data visualizations, interfaces, and BI reports that deliver clarity and promote data-driven insights, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Join our brand-new data team and play a pivotal role in choosing the best BI platform for our needs.
• Design and implement intuitive data visualizations and user interfaces to promote usability, user retention and actionable insights.
• Construct BI reports, dashboards and metrics custom-tailored to the needs of our customers, their executives, teams, and management, all aimed at supporting informed decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with developers and stakeholders across the company to translate business and product requirements into data insights. 
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Required skills and qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a BI Analyst or similar.
• High proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Practical experience with BI front-end tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase etc.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Independent, proactive and driven mindset.
• Stellar communication and interpersonal skills; a genuine team player.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in economic, engineering or related discipline.
• Previous experience with SaaS B2B products and with the FinTech industry.
• Experience with ML / AI .
• Background in data engineering.
