Job Overview

You will work with dealerships of various sizes, from dealer principals to CEOs, and consult on all levels of the organization.  The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the dealership sales process, demonstrate success in communication and building relationships with customers.  This role is primarily focused on building and maintaining strong relationships helping dealers achieve their goals.  Fuse Autotech is an innovative software company which continues to disrupt the automotive dealership industry. Responsibilities

  • Regular communication with customers providing feedback and opportunities to help the dealer become more efficient. 
  • Onboarding & Training - You will be responsible for launching customers for success and maintaining the customer education by providing continual training if needed - could be on-site or virtual.
  • First line of support to dealers when an issue arises. Responsible for determining the issue and escalating to the appropriate teams if needed.
  • Account Management: CSMs manage customer accounts in Salesforce and ensure they are getting the most value from the product or service. They are to help achieve optimal utilization of the product and train accordingly if not obtained. 
  • Customer Advocacy: CSMs work to turn satisfied customers into advocates who are willing to provide testimonials, referrals or case studies that can be used for marketing purposes. 
  • Team collaboration: Will be collaborating with additional team members and various departments within the organization to improve the product for customers.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel requirements can be up to 50%. 

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of Automotive Dealership relationship management experience OR automotive SAAS experience. Experience with CRM or DMS platforms is mandatory. 
  • Experience in a customer -facing role required, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate the trends to customers
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the organization

 

Preferred Requirements 

  •  Start-Up Experience
  • Familiarity with automotive dealership tools like, CRMs, DMS systems or Finance systems
  • General understanding of automotive sales process
